Fenton Community Orchestra Winter Concert

Winter Concert featuring classical and holiday music by a diverse selection of composers. Friday Dec. 13 at 7:00 pm, and Saturday, Dec. 14 at 2:00 pm (New Saturday time this year.)

Now in their 15th Season, the Fenton Community Orchestra, under the direction of Andrew David Perkins, presents a concert of classical and holiday music.  Selections include Stravinsky’s Firebird, Samuel Coleridge Taylor’s Christmas Overture, Bach’s Jesu Joy of Man’s Desiring – and more. They will be joined by Simply Strings, our developing orchestra for less experienced adult string musicians. Simply Strings’ music includes Nordic Voyage by Erica Donahoe, de Abreu’s Tico Tico, music from Home Alone, and several other diverse selections. Admission is FREE but donations are gratefully accepted. No tickets – general admission.
