Flint Fit Fest will allow participants to “test drive exercise” by providing a taste of various fitness formats highlighting local gyms and independent fitness instructors.

On Saturday, January 25, 2020, Harambee Wellness will be hosting our first city-wide event, Flint Fit Fest, from 9:00AM to 1:00PM at the Flint Farmers’ Market. This is not your typical health and wellness fair. Attendees will also be equipped with tips and tricks for healthy eating during a live cooking demo and will be able to connect with local fitness vendors. Flint Fit Fest is free and open to all.
