Free to community, UM-Flint students & Rec Members! We will host 15+ downtown Flint health organizations, provide fitness assessments, demo fitness classes, provide BP screening, and give facility tours.

The UM-Flint Recreation Center’s Health & Fitness Fair is free to community, students, and members. It will be held on Thursday, January 23, 2020 from 1-6pm. 15+ downtown Flint health organizations, fitness assessments, fitness class demos, BP screening, cholesterol & glucose screening ($5/each), STI testing (bring insurance card & ID; sliding scale for uninsured) & Flu Shots from 1-3pm only (bring insurance card). Purchase or renew an annual membership this day and receive your choice of sports duffel bag or fanny pack. Hourly door prizes!
