Funk, Pop, Motown and All that Jazz

Detroit’s legendary Jazz Flutist, Alexander Zonjic will return to Flint to perform a benefit concert for the Mott Community College (MCC) Fellowship in Music Scholarship. Alexander Zonjic and Friends will perform “Funk, Pop, Motown and All That Jazz” featuring Serieux, Michigan’s best Motown Tribute Act, James Lloyd on keyboard and the MCC Jazz Band under the direction of Frank Yon. The fundraiser will take place Friday, November 11 at The Capitol Theatre at 7:30 p.m. Tickets are available through the FIM Ticket Center at https://www.capitoltheatreflint.com/events  Tickets range from $10 to $25. Proceeds from the concert support the Fellowship in Music Scholarship, which provides full scholarships for students majoring in music at MCC.
