Puppet Lab: The Art and Science of Puppetry

Come to this FREE puppet workshop hosted by Wandering Lantern Productions and sponsored by Greater Flint Arts Council. There are only 25 reservations available so get in on it while you can!

Step into the world of puppetry with Puppet Lab: The Science of Puppetry! In this hands-on STEAM workshop, kids will explore the fascinating art and engineering behind various types of puppets. They’ll discover how design, mechanics, and creativity come together to bring characters to life. Each participant will
craft their very own Muppet-style puppet to take home and have the chance to bring their creation to life on our interactive puppet stage. With endless opportunity for imagination and storytelling, this workshop is where art and science meet in motion!
Please note: This workshop is designed for ages 8+. Younger can register but a parent will need to help in the puppet creation to be successful.
